On 23rd Mar. 2017, an association agreement between Qingdao Xianchu Energy Development Group and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was signed in Kiev, capital of Ukraine. 130 institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine are all included in the structure. In the future, academy team can be selected from the whole NAS of Ukraine, if needed. And NAS of Ukraine will dispatch team to participate in Academy’s work. The dispatched team can work in China for half of a year, and in Ukraine for another half.  By taking advantage of talent and technology, Xianchu Group will achieve substantial progress on business expansion in domestic field of decommissioning of nuclear power plant.
